“What Are You Living For?”

2024 Live⁴It Community
    Annual Spark

“What are you living for?” is the foundational message and the first-ever Annual Spark of Live4It — a rallying cry that invites people into hope, peace, joy, strength or meaning in life. It is simple in form, yet revolutionary in impact.

This question is identity-centered, not image-centered. It does not pressure, guilt, or chase trends. Instead, it guides people back to what truly matters — their core values, the people they love, their hopes, dreams, and purpose that gives their lives direction. This inward focus ignites one of the few motivations that can sustain real, lasting behavior change.

At the heart of Live4It, this question provides the “why” upon which the “how” is built. It asks each person to identify the source of their hope, peace, joy, strength, or meaning — the thing that grounds them, fuels them, and pulls them forward. When people reconnect to that inner anchor, they naturally find the motivation — or motiv-action — to make healthier, wiser, more life-giving choices.

This message reminds every person that they were born for more than just getting through the day.  With that realization, simple, incremental healthy choices become possible — not out of pressure, but out of alignment with something bigger. The result is a life lived longer, healthier, and happier… for their “It.”

Since Live4It’s inception, this question has sparked real conversations and real transformation. It has become a kitchen-table conversation, shared between spouses over morning coffee. It has supported young adults wrestling with direction and purpose. It has resonated with older generations embracing the desire to stay healthy and present for their children and grandchildren.

“What are you living for?” is more than a slogan.
It is a catalyst for deep internal reflection — and even deeper action.

This was the first rally cry of our Live4It Community:
Ask Yourself, “What are you living for?”
And then — Live 4 It.
