2026 live4it community theme – Love in a Circle: The Power of Investing in Each Other

We are thrilled to announce our next community vision: “Love in a Circle” which represents the power of Investing in One Another. In a world that often pulls us in different directions, there’s something powerful about standing together—arms raised high in a circle. This simple, yet profound gesture represents the strength we find in each other. It’s a symbol of unity, of standing side-by-side, of lifting one another up. 

The symbolism and story behind Love in a Circle is just as special: 

Love in a Circle 

It started with a simple question from a very small boy, the youngest in his family, to his mom, “How much do you love me?”  His mom tried all the usual answers:  

“More than you’ll ever know.”

“With all my heart.” 

“To the moon and back.” 

But none of them satisfied her son.  He needed to “see” how much his mom loved him. 

So finally, she paused, smiled, lifted her arms high above her head, and formed them into a great, unbroken circle.

“I love you in a circle,” she said. 

Something in those words satisfied the longing of this little boy’s heart. A circle had no beginning and no end. It was raised high above his mom’s head and seemed so large and encompassing.  The little boy, in that moment, knew the mom’s love was “enough” – it was unbroken, resolved, and large enough for both of them to be encircled. 

And right then, the little boy smiled and hugged his mother. That was enough. That was everything he needed to know. 

A Family Legacy 

What began as a little boy’s question, became a family legacy.

Years later, as their children grew and began families of their own, the beautiful gesture resurfaced when their oldest son and his wife came for a visit.  As they pulled away from the driveway—one of those moments when you want to say everything but words fall short, the father and mother, in unison, lifted their arms, side by side, in that familiar circle.  

From that moment on, “Love in a Circle” became more than a phrase—it became a symbol. A gentle ritual passed from mother and father to their children, and from their children to grandchildren, generation after generation. 

It was used before they stepped onto the school bus, during goodbyes for long trips, in difficult seasons, and in moments when words were simply not enough. Arms lifted, hands curved, hearts aligned— 

I love you in a circle. 

Over the years, it continued to grow. 
First to cousins. 
Then to college friends. 
Then to friends of friends. 

Before long, entire gatherings were ending conversations, taking photos, and saying farewell with arms raised in a circle—an inside language of loyalty, affection, and belonging. 

It’s a powerful symbol – a circle doesn’t choose sides. It doesn’t divide. It welcomes, includes and brings people in. 

A Love That Reaches a Community 

A Live4It Community recognizes the beauty of family and friends, and the power of community. We believe “Love in a Circle” symbolizes something greater: a way of thinking about how we care and show up for one another. 

It reminds us to love, to give, to support, to grow—because when shared freely, love doesn’t shrink. 
It expands. 
It includes. 
It amplifies. 

This is the heart of Live4It’s second Pathway: Invest in One Another. 

When you love in a circle: 

• You give into your community. 
• You hold others up, knowing that act builds bonds and strengthens you and them. 
• You create networks of care that strengthen families, friendships, and neighborhoods alike. 
• You build something that lasts—something that moves from one person to the next, never shrinking, only widening. 
• You live with the understanding that life is longer, healthier, and happier when you invest in family, friends, and philanthropy—your community. 

Love in a circle lives on through the people we touch and the lives we shape.
